- Two cans of garbanzo beans without the liquid
- 1 T Cumin
- 5 T Olive oil
- 3 T of Tahini
- Juice of one lemon
- 1/2 C a of the liquid from the garbanzo beans
- 4 Roasted cloves of garlic
- About 1/2 t Salt and 1/4 t pepper
In a food processor add all the garbanzo beans and blend slowly adding the liquid. After about a 30 seconds of blending then you can add all other ingredients. Beat untill incredibly smooth.
When adding salt to taste keep in mind the chips or bread you are using some chips are saltier then others.
